Why we ask. Bitcoin Storm is a multi-million-dollar protocol build on the Internet Computer. Any client commissioning an engagement of this scale has a duty to conduct structured due diligence on its development partner — just as you would expect a client to verify your credentials before committing a significant budget. This template is part of a standard process applied to all prospective partners. Some information may be independently verified through public registries and third-party services. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for partner evaluation.

This form takes approximately 25–35 minutes to complete. Your progress is saved automatically — you can return at any time.

Corporate History & Standing

These questions are standard for any engagement of this scale. Proactive and honest answers are always handled more favourably than information that surfaces through independent verification.

!
Important. All responses in this section are subject to independent verification. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification from any engagement with Bitcoin Storm. Responses marked Yes require full details in the space provided.

Has the company, or any predecessor company operated by current directors, ever been subject to insolvency, administration, receivership, or voluntary liquidation?

Have any current directors ever been personally declared bankrupt, disqualified as a company director, or subject to a regulatory sanction in any jurisdiction?

Have any current directors ever been convicted of a criminal offence in any jurisdiction?

Is the company, or any director, currently subject to pending litigation, regulatory investigation, or formal complaint in any jurisdiction?

Independent Verification

Bitcoin Storm may independently verify company standing through public registries and commercial due diligence services. For Netherlands-registered companies: KVK (Kamer van Koophandel) at kvk.nl — charges apply for document extracts. For UK-registered companies: Companies House at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk — free to search. For deeper financial and credit data, commercial services including Creditsafe (creditsafe.com), Dun & Bradstreet (dnb.com), and Company Check (companycheck.co.uk) may be used — reports from these services typically range from £15 to £50 per company. Completing this template thoroughly is the most efficient path through the process.

04

Financial Standing

We are not requesting sensitive internal financial data. We need to understand whether your organisation has the financial stability to deliver a multi-year, multi-phase engagement.

Does the company carry professional indemnity or technology errors and omissions insurance?

05

ICP Technical Capability

Bitcoin Storm is built entirely on the Internet Computer Protocol. We need to understand the depth and recency of your ICP-specific experience before any further discussion.

06

Last Three ICP Projects

Your three most recent and relevant ICP engagements. If a project is under NDA, indicate this in the contract value field — we will still ask for a reference contact able to speak in general terms about your contribution.

Project 01
Most Recent ICP Engagement
If the work is not public-facing, please describe what a technical reviewer would need to know to verify the build.
Written reference only selected — please provide a name and contact who can supply a written reference on request.
Project 02
Second Most Recent ICP Engagement
Written reference only selected — please provide a name and contact who can supply a written reference on request.
Project 03
Third ICP Engagement
Written reference only selected — please provide a name and contact who can supply a written reference on request.
07

Additional Context

This section carries significant weight. Answers that demonstrate genuine understanding of the protocol and a specific vision for the build will be remembered. One-line answers will not.

Strong answers cover: specific technical challenges in the protocol that excite your team (e.g. the VRF draw architecture, Chain Fusion BTC integration, the 10M canister address space), why ICP is the right chain for this, and what your team would bring that others wouldn't. Avoid generic statements about blockchain or decentralisation.
If you have answered Yes to any declaration in Section 3, or if there are circumstances around a previous company or project that you feel a client of this size should know about — this is the right place to put it in context. Silence on something that surfaces later is handled very differently to proactive disclosure here.
